A One-Time Commercial Outpost, Doral Is Becoming A Lively Residential Community - Miami Airport Warehouses

Ana-Marie Codina-Barlick, CEO of Codina Partners updated attendees at a recent Miami Herald panel on developments at the company’s Downtown Doral residential and retail center, including a planned addition of middle and senior components to its highly rated charter school system.
Also speaking about the city’s rapid transformation were Doral Councilwoman Ana Maria Rodriguez, Related Development President and CEO Steve Patterson, Sergio Pino, founder and president of Century Homebuilders, and Athur Shiffin, commercial leasing agent with Koniver Stern.
Other speakers included developer Armando Codina, executive chairman of Codina Partners, George Jalil, broker-president of Real Living First Service Realty and 2018 chair of the Miami Realtors Association, Manuel Pila, economic development representative for the City of Doral, and Jeannette Acedo-Isenberg, head of school at Downtown Doral Charter Elementary, which hosted the event.
More than 150 brokers and real estate professionals attended the update, produced by the Miami Herald and sponsored by Downtown Doral.
