State Street Realty closed the sale of a 17,000 square foot industrial property located at 10850 NW 30 Street in Doral.
The transaction is valued at $2.6 million.
State Street Realty President George Pino, SIOR, Senior Vice President Frank Trelles, SIOR and Associate Brian Cabielles represented Doral P & S LLC, the Seller, in the transaction.
The buyer was 10850 Doral LLC.
Trelles stated, “There is significant interest from qualified buyers for commercial properties in the Doral and Miami Airport areas. We are proud to have closed this transaction as there have been very few free–standing warehouses sold in this area in the sub-30,000 square foot size range.”
