Agora Real Estate Group President and Commercial Advisor Elias G. Patsalos, CCIM, recently represented the tenant in a long-term, 40,000-square-foot lease at Lakeview Industrial Center, located at 8005 NW 80th Street in Medley.
Patsalos represented Blue Jay Trucking in the direct deal with the landlord, Gamma Delta Corp.
“This deal was particularly challenging as we needed to identify a shallow building with multiple dock doors for efficient staging in a relatively small facility,” explained Patsalos. “The new space at Lakeview provides 20 dock doors.”
Blue Jay Trucking teamed up with Nato Express, a growing logistics company, and needed to double its operations due to demand stemming from the pandemic.
Patsalos is a highly-qualified commercial real estate professional with experience in Landlord and Tenant Representation. After beginning his real estate career in 2006, he earned his Master’s in International Real Estate from FIU in 2011, earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and. Patsalos launched Agora Real Estate Group in late 2018. Patsalos also has a Master’s in Management Information Systems.
