Construction is underway on Bridge Point Doral 826, a two-warehouse industrial development in Miami-Dade County.
The project located at 7775 NW 48th St. in Doral will deliver a total of 268,702 square feet across two Class-A logistics buildings.
One warehouse will encompass 113,757 square feet and front the Palmetto Expressway, providing prominent visibility and exposure to an estimated 267,000 vehicles per day. The second building will measure 154,945 square feet.
The development requires the demolition of eight office buildings dating back to the 1970s, repurposing the aging office park into a next-generation, LEED-certified logistics hub.
Chicago-based Bridge Industrial is spearheading the project. The company acquired the 16-acre site for $45.5 million in 2024 and secured project approvals later that year. Completion is expected in early 2027.
