New York-based portfolio management firm Innovatus Capital Partners has acquired Dolphin Corporate Park, a nearly 165,000-square-foot office campus here.
The Related Group, PGIM Real Estate and Shoma Group sold the Flats at CityPlace Doral apartment complex for $100 million. The 303 apartments at 3555 N.W. 83rd Ave. were acquired by Virginia-based Harbor Group International. The price equated to $330,033 per unit.’
Mac Papers, which manufactures a host of paper products, sold its distribution warehouse in Hialeah for $14.68 million. The Jacksonville-based company sold the 137,872-square-foot warehouse at 5900 N.W. 176th St. to Spirit Master Funding X LLC, an affiliate of Dallas-based Spirit Realty. The price equated to $106 per square foot.
