Ram Tool Construction Supply Company, a specialty construction supply distributor, inked a long-term, 30,465-square-foot lease at 1600 NW 102nd Avenue in Doral, within International Corporate Park. The 30,465 square foot facility includes ±8,674 square feet of existing office and is situated on a ±4.02 acre site.
