Ares Management made a $62 million double play in South Florida’s industrial market, picking up a pair of Hialeah warehouses under construction. Cold Storage Facility For Produce Planned In Sweetwater

Alpine Fresh has proposed a cold storage facility for produce in Sweetwater. The facility would total 77,000 square feet, with 10,035 square feet of office space on the second floor and the rest of the space dedicated to cold storage.
