FastKit Corporation, which designs and prints custom packing, renewed its 50,335-square-foot lease at 11250 Northwest 25th Street in Miami.
Stephen J. Di Giacomo, president of DiGiacomo Group, represented FastKit in the lease renewal. Avison Young’s Tom Viscount represented the landlord, Principal Real Estate Investors, LLC.
