NAI Miami‘s Lucia Custer and Gabriel Garcia-Menocal, SIOR negotiated a 20,175-square-foot lease for AP Atlantic Distribution, Inc. located at Skyway Center, 7190 Northwest 12^th Street in Doral.

The Landlord is AJA Properties No. 8, LTD.

AP Atlantic Distribution, Inc. is a family-owned company servicing South Florida for more than 18 years. The company is a re-distributor of snacks and confections and carries thousands of candy and chocolate products, according to a release.

Skyway Center is adjacent to the Miami International Airport with frontage on the Palmetto Expressway (SR 826).
