State Street Realty has leased 55,000 square feet of industrial space to Continental Freight Forwarding, Inc. at Beacon Centre Business Park located within the Miami-Airport West submarket. The deal brings Beacon Centre Building 6, a 98,000-square-foot building within the industrial business Park at 1850 NW 84 Avenue inDoral, to 100% occupied.
State Street Realty President George Pino, SIOR, and Executive Vice President Ed Lyden represented the Landlord, Prologis and Ernesto Casal of Casal Group represented the Tenant, Continental Freight Forwarding, Inc.
“Leasing activity for quality warehouse space in the Miami Airport West submarket remains strong,” stated Pino.
State Street Realty had one of their strongest years in 2016 as the firm completed an impressive 1.5 million square feet in lease and sale transactions in the South Florida area.
