Jackson Health Systems acquired 27 acres at 7800 NW 29th St. in Miami from AAAA Universe LLC for $38.5 million.
The buyer plans to construct a new hospital facility at the site, which is currently improved with a 180,000-square-foot industrial building. The parcel is located on the southwest corner of NW 29th Street and State Road 826. Construction dates for the proposed hospital were not disclosed.
