Panda Kitchens has purchased a 28,800-square-foot industrial building located at 7800 NW 34 Street in Doral for $6,500,000 with plans to build a new 95,000 square foot warehouse and distribution center.
The property is situated on one of the largest assemblages of industrial land, encompassing 4.20 acres, or 182,937 square feet, within the “Doral Tile District” which backs up to the Palmetto Expressway.
Manny Chamizo III, Global Commercial Director at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, represented the seller, Warehouse Management Inc.
The buyer was represented by Francisco Giron of Jacog Commercial.
