An affiliate of auto dealer Lithia Motors purchased a warehouse just west of Miami International Airport.
AIC Owners LLC, managed by Pryse R. Elam of Orlando-based Foundry Commercial, sold the 145,331-square-foot warehouse at 9300 NW 13th St. to Florida SS LLC, managed by executives at Medford, Oregon-based Lithia Motors, for for $28.5 million. The price worked out to $196 per square foot.
The property last traded for $18 million in September 2021.
This warehouse was built on the 8.3-acre site in 1972.
