Monat Global, a health care, skin care and wellness product seller, recently moved its headquarters into 54,000 square feet in Doral.
Monat Global officially relocated Monday to 10000 N.W. 15th Terrace, a flex office and distribution center that totals 201,827 square feet. It’s 3.5 miles away from its former headquarters at 3470 N.W. 82nd Ave. in Doral.
Monat Global’s new headquarters will have 384 employees across departments such as sales and marketing, legal, customer service and manufacturing.
Monat Global is a subsidiary of Doral-based Alcora Corp. The Urdaneta family started Monat Global in 2014. By 2019, Monat Global was listed by the Business Journal as one of South Florida’s fastest-growing companies.
The company’s new headquarters was built in 2000. UBS Financial Services, a subsidiary of Zurich-based UBS (NYSE: UBS), paid $26 million for the 12-acre property in 2012, according to Reonomy, a real estate website.
