A New York-based company paid a combined $17.25 million in three deals for 19.78 acres of heavy truck parking land near Hialeah Gardens.
Both properties are outside the Miami-Dade County Urban Development Boundary, meaning major development requiring water and sewer services is not permitted. However, truck parking is permitted and there aren’t many large lots in Miami-Dade that have room to park large vehicles.
Orestes Flores, as trustee of Orestes Flore Revocable Trust, along with Sonia Fernandez, sold the 9.78-acre site at 15701 N.W. 127th Ave.
The buyer was Astoria, New York-based 15701 NW 127 Ave Industrial LLC, managed by Rodolfo Alvarez. The price equated to $872,093 per acre.
