A property on the north side of Hialeah could be rezoned to develop an industrial park.
On July 13, the City Council was scheduled to consider rezoning 10.3 acres from Northwest 142nd Street to Northwest 138th Street, just west of Northwest 102nd Avenue, to industrial.
The site plan shows 171,602 square feet of warehouses with 234 parking spaces. There would be nine buildings, each with six to nine truck bays.
