PS Business Parks Fills 104,000 SF At MICC - Miami Airport Warehouses

PS Business Parks’ leasing team at Miami International Commerce Center (MICC), a 3,500,000-square-foot business park located within the Miami Airport West sub-market in Doral, has closed 10 leasing transactions for a total of 104,393 SF over the past three weeks.

Miami International Commerce Center’s overall leasing portfolio currently stands at 96% occupancy.

The following are some of the deal highlights:

-Sr. Leasing Director Jorge Rivera represented the Landlord in signing a global freight forwarder to a 30,000 SF lease renewal. The deal closed on November 10th and brought Center 10, which totals 343,056 SF, to 94% occupancy.

-Leasing Director Carolina Vargas MBA represented the Landlord in signing a shipping service company to a 20,000 SF industrial lease. The deal closed on November 1st and brought Center 3, which totals 257,640 SF, to 100% occupancy.

-Leasing Director Jorge Suarez represented the Landlord in signing a distributor of medical equipment and supplies to a 13,650 SF industrial lease. Raymond Diaz from Americas Commercial Real Estate represented the Tenant. The deal closed on November 10th and brought Center 9, which totals 271,510 SF, to 92% occupancy.

-Associate Leasing Director Juan Mazuera represented the Landlord in signing a logistics company to a 5,400 SF industrial lease. The deal closed on November 4th and brought Center 5, which totals 228,060 SF, to 100% occupancy.
