Medley Industrial Property Portfolio Sold For $22.75 Million

Veteran Coral Gables-based real estate brokers and investors, Scott and Belinda Sime—principals of the boutique firm Sime Realty Corporation—have completed the sale of three industrial properties in Medley for a total of $22.75 million.

The buyer, WREV Industrial 1 Holdco LLC, is led by Tyler Workman. Raul Pino of The Hype Real Estate Group represented the buyer in the transaction, while the Simes represented themselves.

Sime Realty Corporation is a family-run, full-service real estate brokerage based in Coral Gables. Scott Sime primarily oversees the firm’s commercial real estate ventures, while Belinda Sime is a leading luxury residential agent in the region, known for her longstanding success in South Florida’s high-end market.
