Airport-Area Warehouse Changes Hands With Longtime Aviation Tenant

Dalfen Industrial has acquired an 88,815-square-foot warehouse at 7600 NW 26th Street in Miami’s Airport West/Doral submarket. Announced in September, the acquisition includes a building fully occupied by Avborne Accessory Group, an aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul company.

Avborne has operated at the facility for more than two decades and has invested in improvements tailored to its business. The property offers 7,500 amps of electrical capacity, 31-foot clear heights and a front-loading configuration.

Its location places the building less than one mile from Miami International Airport’s cargo terminal, with access to the Palmetto Expressway, State Road 836 and Florida’s Turnpike.

For aviation businesses evaluating industrial space, the property illustrates why location and building specifications should be considered together. Access to airport facilities can support operations, while electrical capacity and specialized improvements help determine whether a building fits the work performed inside.

CBRE sourced the transaction. Following the purchase, Dalfen reported a South Florida portfolio encompassing approximately 1.7 million square feet across 18 assets.
