Bridge Point Miami Station, a new Kurv Industrial warehouse development located at 11690 NW 105th Street in Miami, has been completed.
The project comprises two ground-up tilt-wall warehouse buildings totaling 326,448 square feet.
Valued at nearly $29.3 million, the development is designed to function as a distribution and logistics hub with convenient access to Miami’s major transportation corridors. While both facilities are currently configured for single-tenant occupancy, they are designed to accommodate multiple tenants as needed.
Building 1 encompasses 128,805 square feet and includes 2,621 square feet of speculative office space. The facility provides 137 parking spaces, including five ADA-compliant spaces and four electric vehicle charging spaces.
Building 2 totals 197,643 square feet and features 2,903 square feet of speculative office space. The building is supported by 192 parking spaces, including six ADA-compliant spaces and four electric vehicle charging spaces.
