Aviation Company Buys Doral Warehouse For $29.5 Million

Jet Engine Technology Corp. has acquired a warehouse at 2100 NW 88th Court in Doral for $29.5 million, according to the South Florida Business Journal. The purchase will more than double the company’s local space.

The acquisition reflects Jet Engine Technology’s decision to expand its operations in Miami-Dade County through property ownership. For businesses evaluating warehouse locations near Miami International Airport, it is another example of an aviation company committing to industrial space in Doral.

Jet Engine Technology has made a previous warehouse purchase in the area. In 2023, Transwestern reported arranging the company’s acquisition of a 32,904-square-foot industrial property before brokering the sale of one of its smaller Miami warehouses.
