An affiliate of Doral-based Easton Group broke ground on a warehouse in Hialeah Gardens after obtaining a $24 million construction loan. U.S. Bank provided the mortgage to Hialeah Gardens Partners, an affiliate of Easton Group, for the 16.8-acre site at the southeast corner of Northwest 144th Street and 109th Avenue. It’s just east of where
State Street Realty recently completed an industrial land sale transaction valued at nearly $3.7 million within Beacon Lakes Business Park.
