Buyer SFM Services, Inc. purchased the warehouse, which is situated on 3.29 acres, from Murton Realty LLC, for $3,800,000.
The deal closed January 30.
DiGiacomo, Marquez and Zuniga represented the seller in the transaction. Jorge Sordo with Sorlan Realty, Inc. represented the buyer.
“The absorption rate of industrial land in the Medley has been significant in the last couple of years, creating a challenge for buyers to find industrial product with parcels of this size available for purchase,” commented DiGiacomo.
“Because of the scarcity of land in Miami-Dade County, and particularly in Medley, we received multiple offers in just the first week of listing the property,” added Marquez. “We listed it at $3.5 million and ended up selling at $3.8 million.”
