DiGiacomo Group’s Patricia Marquez represented Christ Fellowship in securing a 24,563-square-foot office lease deal at Lakes Edge Commercial Park, located at 9000 NW 15 Street in Doral.
The deal closed December 4.

“Situated on the Fingerlakes, the space not only offers beautiful views, but also the perfect environment for Christ Fellowship and its parishioners, as it was previously occupied by a worship center,” commented Marquez. “I’m thrilled that we were able to facilitate the deal.”
The space is already configured to include a sanctuary, reception area, audio and video mixing room and abundant parking in excess of 80 spaces.
Steve Smith, SIOR, President of The ComReal Companies, represented the landlord, Lakes Edge Commercial Properties, in the lease deal.
