Fortuna Real Estate purchased the parcel from Inter Dolphin Property LLC for $3,650,000.
The deal closed April 30.
The parcel is located within International Corporate Park, a 300-acre, Class A business campus encompassing more than 4 million square feet of industrial, office and retail space. The land site is north of the Dolphin Expressway, approximately 8 miles west of Miami International Airport. The immediate area abounds in restaurants, hotels and shopping malls, with downtown Doral 3 miles north of the property.
Marquez represented the seller in the transaction. Alp Kucukoner with NGI International Realty represented the buyer.
