EQT Exeter has completed the acquisition of a mixed-use building in Doral, marking another significant investment by the Radnor, Pennsylvania-based real estate investment trust (REIT).

The property, located at 3605 Northwest 115th Avenue, encompasses 45,970 square feet and is currently leased to Wrk Lab, a prominent office furniture dealer. This move is part of EQT Exeter’s broader strategy to diversify its investment portfolio across the industrial, residential, and office sectors globally.
