A co-working space provider, Florida state agencies, and a pipe manufacturing company have signed leases at Doral Center, a two-building office complex located at the southwest corner of Northwest 36th Street and Northwest 87th Avenue in Doral.
The 290,000-square-foot office complex was acquired by Banyan Street Capital in 2020 for $43 million
Quest Workspaces has expanded its footprint in the complex, increasing its lease by 14,600 square feet for a total of 38,100 square feet, according to a news release from the landlord’s broker. CBRE’s Gordon Messinger and Randy Carballo represented the property owner, Miami-based Banyan Street Capital.
The Florida Department of Financial Services has leased 5,100 square feet, while the Florida Department of Health has taken 4,800 square feet. Alva Manufacturing, a company specializing in PVC conduits for electrical wiring, signed a lease for 6,200 square feet.

WAC Research, a data collection firm: 5,200 square feet
Kisinger Campo & Associates, an engineering company: 3,500 square feet
Clasquin, a logistics provider: 3,400 square feet
Banyan Street Capital, led by Rudy Touzet, acquired the 290,000-square-foot office complex in 2020 for $43 million, according to public records.
