Panattoni Development Co. plans to demolish the existing structure and build two industrial buildings totaling 153,654 square feet, along with 171 parking spaces. The proposed buildings will each cover 76,827 square feet and feature a 36-foot clear height.
Bridge is on track to deliver the LEED-certified 326,000-square-foot logistics complex in the third quarter of 2025.
The warehouse located at Prologis (PLD) Beacon Industrial Park is about 10 miles west of Miami International Airport and spans 115,200 square feet.
