Florida East Coast Industries Breaks Ground On Two Warehouses In Hialeah With $20M Loan

Florida East Coast Industries broke ground on a pair of warehouses in Countyline Corporate Park in Hialeah after obtaining a $20 million construction loan. Wells Fargo Bank awarded the mortgage to Countyline Building 24 LLC and Countyline Building 25 LLC, both affiliates of Miami-based FECI. The buildings will be constructed at 4071 and 4021 W.

CenterPoint Properties Picks Up Pair Of New Warehouses For $61 Million

Florida East Coast Industries (FECI) sold a pair of new warehouses at Countyline Corporate Park in Hialeah for a combined $61 million. The buyer was Oak Brook, Illinois-based CenterPoint Properties, which has acquired 10 industrial properties in South Florida since 2017.

Developer Breaks Ground On 1MSF Home Depot Center In Miami-Dade

A Home Depot distribution facility that will total over 1 million square feet has broken ground in Hialeah. CCP Central South LLC, an affiliate of Miami-based Florida East Coast Industries (FECI), obtained a $98.7 million construction loan from Wells Fargo Bank for the project at 4210 and 4040 W. 108th St. It’s not far from the U.S.
