Kurv Industrial plans to redevelop a 16-acre site at 7705 NW 48th Street in Doral, currently occupied by eight office buildings, into a new industrial project.
Seven of the existing buildings will be demolished to make way for the development, while one occupied office building will remain.
The project will include two speculative warehouse buildings totaling over 270,000 square feet. One building will measure approximately 156,966 square feet, and the other about 113,747 square feet. Construction is scheduled for completion in May 2027. The site is located just northwest of Miami International Airport, roughly 12 miles from downtown Miami.
Associated Bank has provided a $56.7 million construction loan for the project, with Daniel Barrins overseeing the loan arrangement and closing. This marks the 19th project the bank has financed for Kurv Industrial—formerly known as Bridge Industrial—since 2011.
In addition to this development, Kurv Industrial is working on another major project in Doral: Bridge Point Doral, a 2.6 million-square-foot industrial complex.
