The program provides up to a 50 percent reimbursement for exterior improvements, with a maximum award of $10,000 per project. Businesses and commercial property owners located within the Doral Décor District, as well as Homeowner Associations (HOAs), are eligible to apply.
The project, known as Miami 105 Logistics at Flagler Station, is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2026. The approved plans call for a 97,000-square-foot warehouse featuring 32-foot clear heights.
The development requires the demolition of eight office buildings dating back to the 1970s, repurposing the aging office park into a next-generation, LEED-certified logistics hub.
