A New York-based healthcare platform has leased space in a Doral industrial building.
Hephaestus Pharmaceuticals LLC closed on a lease for 12,800 square feet of flex commercial space at 10913 N.W. 30th St., Suite 102 in Prologis Beacon Industrial Park.
A subsidiary of Adonis Health, which does business as Henry Meds, Hephaestus has already started its move-in and plans to be fully operational in its new space by the second quarter of 2024, said Michael Avendano, vice president of Lee & Associates South Florida office. Avenado represented Hephaestus in the lease negotiations.
Hephaestus will build a sterile facility to manufacture and pack prescriptions for medicines that provide treatments for insomnia, testosterone replacement, hair loss, erectile dysfunction, weight management, and other issues, a release from Lee & Associates stated.
Located seven miles west of Miami International Airport, Prologis Beacon Industrial Park is a 205-acre warehouse campus with about 2.5 million square feet of space, according to property listing website LoopNet.com. San Francisco-based Prologis (NYSE: PLD) paid $28.79 million for the industrial park in January 1996.
