Xipron, Inc. d.b.a. Tiendamia has inked an industrial lease at 8404 NW 90th Street in Medley. Tiendamia signed a long-term lease for approximately 32,670 square feet in the recently completed Building 11 which fronts NW 90th Street.
First Industrial Realty Trust and Butters Construction & Development broke ground Thursday, December 3, on First Park Miami, First Industrial’s newest industrial development.
CBRE announced today it executed the lease of a 50,328 square-foot industrial warehouse space at Centergate at Gratigny II in Hialeah. Located at 5801 East 10th Avenue, the space includes 2,499 sq. ft. of office, 47,829 sq. ft. of warehouse space and 14 dock positions.
